This medal was executed by John Roettier after the Restoration, and was perhaps one of a projected series to commemorate some of those who had suffered in the cause of the Church and of Royalty.

Inscription present: An infant angel carrying the mitre and crozier of Laud toward the skies, followed by two others carrying the crown, sceptre, and orb of Charles I, below a view of London.
