Inscription present: The interior of the council chamber, to the left and right, supporters of the City arms amid scroll work; below, wreath of oak and the arms of the City , legend dividing the interior from the border.
Inscription present: Londinia standing in front of the civic chair attended by Commerce and Magistracy addressing a council comprising Liberty, Liberality, and Learning. In the exergue the Cap of Maintenance above an oak wreath and the City sword and Mace entwined with ribband bearing the City motto.
