Inscription present: Allegorical scene set before the South front of St George's Hall. The bust of elms on a plinth is crowned with a wreath by the external figure of Liverpool. To the left architecture, standing shows a drawing of St George's Hall to History, seated opposite; behind her are Justice and Music for whose use the building was designed.
