History note: Provenance: presented by the Friends of the Fitzwilliam October 1946 (label). Pietro e Giuseppe Vallardi (bookseller's label) & bookseller's code on front paste-down e.p. With cutting from bookseller's cat. With two ms. letters from Sydney Cockerell, one addressed to Winter.
