Marquis Cornwallis’ Defeat of Sultan Tippoo in 1792, struck at Boulton’s Soho mint, 1794, bronze medal, 48 mm, by C.H. Küchler. Brown 363; Pollard, ‘Matthew Boulton and Conrad Heinrich Küchler’, NC 1970, 259-318, no. 5. Lent to the Wilkie exhibition, National Gallery Edinburgh 1985/86.
