Description

Offa, heavy coinage, East Anglian mint, moneyer Lul; obv. OFF[ ] M in three lines; [ ] L V[ ], on leaves of cross of lobes (Blunt 114), fragment, 0 55g. Acquired from Mr R. Wood (finder) in October 1989; found on 9 Oct. 1989 on farmland at East Tilbury, Essex.
