Note

In the account book of 1861-82, on 1st November 1864, there is a charge of £5 for a 'St. Michael', for St. Nicholas Beaudesert, Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire. The window was completed in 1865, and the same design was subsequently used at St. Michael Penkevil, Cornwall, in 1866.
