With one horizontal and three horizontal fold marks. Page 1 lines 8-9 inverted: 1 bar of music without clefs, key signature or time signature, not in Handel's hand. Page 2 is of empty staves, with rough annotations in ink similar to those on page 42. The word "zweimal" on stave 6, and some minims in the margin, and ink blots.
Watermark: "Cantoni" above and "Bergamo" below triangles in a circle (Burrows Cantoni)
