Editorial title
The Air on p. 7 is related to Organ concerto, op. 7 no. 6, HWV 311 no. 2, and Sinfonia for orchestra, HWV 347 no. 3.
The two sketches in pencil on p. 8 are very feint, and have several indeterminate pitches. A transcription of them is to be found in Donald Burrows and Martha J. Ronish. A catalogue of Handel's musical autographs (Oxford, 1994), p. 315.
