Editorial title
The last three leaves from the holograph draft full score, the earlier leaves are at GB Lbl R.M.20.g.11, f. 72-75v. The leaf between f. 75v and p. 9 is missing. It contains bars 1-28 of the Allegro movement. However the first four bars of the movement appear as replacement section "A" on p. 12.
