Colophon reads: Imrinted [sic] at Antwerpe, by me Henry Loë bookeprinter, and are to be solde at London in Povvels Churchyarde, by Gerard Devves.
Printed at Antwerp by Loë (STC).
With indexes in English & Latin.

Binding: by W. Pratt (stamp). Sprinkled calf, border (double g. fillet); spine & board edges g.t., border g.t. on inside covers, raised bands, g. lettering on spine labels; marbled e.p.; a.e.g.
