Rectangular panel of two unequal sections. Stained and painted glass in brownish-black and silver-yellow stain. In the lower section there is a sheep and dog lying beside the foot of a stylised tree of vine which rises to the top of the upper panel. Standing on it there is a shepherd in medieval costume holding in his left hand a crook-cum-houlette (for throwing stones at intruders such as wolves). In rectangular lead frame with a bar about a third of the way up from the bottom.
History note: H.S. Reitlinger (d.1950); the Reitlinger Trust, Maidenhead, from which transferred in 1991.
