Description

Stained glass. Polychrome. Rectangular. A harbour scene, inscribed below 'DIE ZUNFT DER SCHIFFSLEUTE'. Pennants flying on the bow and stern of the ship bear the symbol of Basel. In the top left-hand corner there is a figure of Neptune, labelled 'NEPTUM' and in the right hand corner a figure of Fortuna, labelled 'VORTUNA'.
