The title page is engraved and signed "Guliel[mus] Hole fecit".
Two other states of the title page exist, with variant imprints. STC identifies the present state as the earliest, found mainly on "large paper" copies (i.e. copies printed on better-quality paper). Cf. "The Library", ser. 6:8, p. 152-156.

A second volume was published without a general title page in 1631, and reissued in 1640-1641 with a new third volume and a reprint of the first volume.
Binding: by F. Bedford (stamp). Sprinkled calf, border (triple, g. fillet); spine & board edges g.t., raised bands, g. lettering on red spine labels; marbled e.p.; a.e.g.
