Illustrations drawn in pen & brown ink: On first leaf besides an initial G are at foot three separate figures, one playing the tabor, the second blowing a horn. These two are male figures and are clad in grotesque drapery. The third figure is that of a female playing a lute, her body displayed, but her robe and long hair flowing behind. On the second leaf is an angel forming part of an initial A. On the fourth leaf sprays of oak and thistle.
Proctor, Sheppard and CIBN assign to the Printer of Dictys and IGI to the Printer of Dares.
