Description

Large storage vessel, red ware decorated with ducks/pigeons (blue and black) along with papyrus reeds (red and blue). Band of blue with vertical stripes around shoulder, and a thin black band along with lotus petals running beneath externally rolled rim. Pot has been broken and subsequently glued (likely upon excavation), but much of rim and parts of base missing. Some further fragments have been found in drawer 10:17. Noticeable rilling on inside of pot, possibly made in two parts?
