Soft-paste porcelain teapot and cover, decorated with genre scenes in trasfer-printed black enamel.

Soft-paste porcelain teapot and cover, transfer-printed onglaze in black enamel. Bulbous body with a ribbed loop handle, curved octagonal spout and a flower knob on the domed cover. On one side, 'The Minuet' and on the other 'L'Amour', signed 'R.Hancock. fecit'. On the cover, a windmill and a ruin with a tower.
