Description

Quartz cylinder bead, with a hole through the centre, suggesting that the object was sewn onto something. The exact function of this object is unknown. There are three similar objects, of which this is one, housed in the Fitzwilliam Museum and from the Main Temple Deposit at Hierakonpolis.
