Limestone 'ear stela'
Votive offering, slab with three ears in relief. This stela was probably dedicated at the Dynasty 18 temple of Hatshepsut. Votive objects were often cleared out of temples to make room for new offerings. This object was found on an earlier temple site, close to the New Kingdom complex where it was no doubt discarded.
