Copper alloy figure of a cat
Cat. Probably from the top of a case for a mummified cat. The eyes are inlaid with glass and foil. The cat was cast upside-down and the surface has the appearance of fur; this was part of the original casting. The cat wears a necklace and wedjat eye over the left pectoral and has a scarab on top of her head. These two features are associated with Ra the sun god.
