Steatite scarab
Steatite scarab with traces of glaze and resin on the surface. The object is only partially preserved. The base is inscribed with the so-called Lion Hunt text and is broken away after 'total of lions'. These scarabs are associated with Amenhotep III and make reference to the King's power.
