Glassy frit statuette
A glassy frit statuette of a torso of a striding king, with kilt, supported by a back pillar. The resultant colour is blue, but the surface across the whole figure is flecked by a yellowish/brown marking. There is noticeable cracking across the front and back of the figure, and this has likely contributed to the loss this piece has suffered. The head, lower legs/feet, and right arm are missing, as is the back of the left arm. The back pillar is also partially lost. Carved hieroglyphs are visible on the back pillar.
Torso of a king, back pillar incised with name of Shoshenq V, Akheperre.
