Relative size of this object is displayed using code inspired by Good Form and Spectacle's work on the British Museum's Waddeson Bequest website and their dimension drawer. They chose a tennis ball to represent a universally sized object, from which you could envisage the size of an object.

Production date: circa AD 1609 : Date of commision by Pope Paul V to submit designs for the decoration of the vault.


Apears from the inscription on the verso to be Cherubino's proposed design for the cupola of the Capella Paolina in the Roman church of Sta. Maria Maggiore.
