Fritware painted in blue under a transparent turquoise glaze

Fritware, mould made, painted in blue under a transparent turquoise glaze.
Shape: horse with mounted rider wearing a helmet and with left arm held at right angles to the body. All mounted on a rectangular plinth
Decoration: all features are moulded with blue used to define detail, including the horse’s main, bridle and reins. The horse’s body and rider’s coat are dashed with blue; the horse’s legs are stripped with blue. Glaze pools on the upper surface of the plinth and a droplet has been broken off on the front section; does not cover the underside of the plinth.
