Description

Earthenware, tin-glazed and painted in enamels. The shepherd, stands with his arms folded in front of him, leaning against a tree trunk with a recumbent dog at his feet. He wears a chequered puce sleeveless jacket, over a white shirt. He has mauve and blue striped breeches, and bare legs and feet. He stands on a moulded base picked out in green.
