Potter: Unknown
Fritware, wheel thrown, coated in a white glaze painted in lustre
Shape: segmental bowl with wide flange rim, sits on a narrow, slightly flaring base
Interior: on the rim a hunt scene of dogs and hares and a bird amongst fleshy palmettes is reserved in lustre. The roundel is framed by concentric bands of dotted scrolls and triangles interspersed with dots, all painted in lustre. Reserved in lustre in the roundel, a horseman, wearing a coat decorated with lustre scrolls, is mounted on a horse whose coat is covered with large and small dots; all surrounded by dotted half-palmettes and incised scrolls.
Exterior: rim is painted with a band of lustre, while on the body linear palmettes divided by horizontal lines. A lustre band is painted on the lower body.
