Shallow bowl on a high footring.
The bowl is made from hard paste porcelain, with painted underglaze in blue and, on the interior, also in red and pale red enamel.
It is circular with shallow, curved sides and a high footring, sloping inwards slightly. Inside the bowl is a flowering prunus tree growing inwards from the edge of the rim. On the exterior of the bowl there are three floral sprays, each with a central peony flanked by stems, with one bud at the tip. The footring is decorated with a continuous border of interlocking cash.
