Pottery: Unidentified Bristol pottery (Probably)
Buff earthenware, tin-glazed bluish-white, and painted in blue, yellow, and red, and sponged in manganese-purple, Circular with wide rim, shallow sides and flat centre. Archer's shape K. Decorated with a peaock standing between between asymmetrical sponged trees. The rim is encircled by a blue line.
History note: Bought in London about 1900 by Dr J.W.L. Glaisher, FRS, Trinity College, Cambridge
