Description

Tin-glazed earthenware painted in blue, green, yellow and dark yellow with tulips and spiral buds on stems springing from a mound; yellow band and blue dashes on the edge

Buff earthenware, the front tin-glazed and painted in blue, green, yellow and dark yellow; the reverse slip-coated and covered with pale bluish lead-glaze. Circular with curved slides and everted rim, standing on a footring pierced by a suspension hole. The front is decorated with three tulips, spiral buds and other flowers on stems with fleshy leaves springing from a mound. Round the edge there is a yellow band and blue dashes.
