Tin-glazed earthenware painted in blue
Buff earthenware, thrown, tin-glazed, and painted in blue. Circular with deep curved and sloping sides, standing on a footring. The inside is decorated with a central floral spray surrounded by three narrowly spaced concentric circles, and with a further two below the rim. On the exterior there are six truncated triangular panels wth pendant leaves and small scrolls, alternating with six floral sprays in Oriental style. Below there are three narrow concentric circles, two broad bands with diagonal stripes between them, and three more narrow circles.
