Dish: The Temptation or Fall

Tin-glazed earthenware painted in blue, green, yellow, and red with Adam and Eve standing on either side of the Tree of Knowledge
Buff earthenware, the front tin-glazed and painted in blue, greyish-green, yellow, and red. The reverse has brownish-white tin-glazed. Circular with curved sides with a groove on the upper part of the well on the underside, and a slightly everted rim, standing on a footring. Decorated on the front with Adam and Eve standing on either side of the Tree of Knowledge which has red fruits, and a serpent entwined in its branches. To the right and left there are sponged blue trees, and on the green foreground, blue plants. Round the rim there is a blue band, a wider yellow band, and blue dashes.
