Description

Fritware coated in a turquoise glaze

Buff fritware, thickly potted the body is wheel thrown and other elements are mould or hand made, covered with a crazed turquoise glaze
Shape: circular body on a low, wide foot ring. Tubular neck with elongated ‘V’ shaped spout. A loop handle is attached to the body and neck.
Decoration: glaze covers visible interior surface and exterior, although coverage is uneven particularly on the base.
