Osiris-Antinous

Figure of Osiris-Antinous, earthenware, moulded, and tin-glazed. A pair with C.2388A-1928
Buff earthenware, press-moulded with separate base, tin-glazed overall. Osiris-Antinous stands erect on a rectangular plinth with a support at the back. His knees are together, his feet facing the front are slight apart; his hands are clenched round small batons. He wears an Egyptian striped nemes headdress and a pleated kilt. There is a square cavity in the back of the figure above the waist.
