God Appearing to Isaac

White earthenware, glazed dark blue, painted in white enamel and gilt
White earthenware glazed dark blue overall except for the underside of the footring, painted in white enamel, and gilded. Circular wth shallow curved sides, standing on a footring. In the middle, within a white circle, is 'God appearing to Isaac' after the fresco in the Vatican Loggie. Round the sides is a border of scrolling foliage and flowers with five corn stalks at the top. There is a narrow white band rojund the rim and a gold band on the edge.
