Fritware painted in blue and brown under a colourless glaze
Fritware, probably mould made, painted in blue and brown under a colourless glaze
Interior: the rim is painted brown; the remaining decoration is painted in blue. On the body, a frieze of flower heads is contained within lobbed medallions. Framing the roundel a cable pattern contains a stylised floral spray flaked by scrolling tendrils.
Exterior: on the body a frieze of quatrefoils are surrounded by scrolling stems and leaves. Concentric lines are painted on the foot ring. Glaze covers the surface except for the rim of the foot ring.
