Pottery: Unknown
Cream earthenware, tin-glazed and painted in blue and orange; the glaze on the underside is opaque, pinkish-grey. Part of the centre of a plate or shallow bowl with half of the footring. The front is painted in blue with stalks and three leaves growing from a central point, one of the leaves being filled in with orange.
History note: Found in central London (outside the City boundary) by G.F. Lawrence of Wandsworth and given by him to Bernard Rackham (1876-1964)
