Description

Fragment of the side of a lobed cup. Off-white earthenware, thrown, manipulated to produce a lobed rim (two lobes visible) and covered on both side with streaky green lead-glaze.

Notes

History note: Found in London (outside the City boundary) by G.F. Lawrence, of Wandsworth, and given by him to Bernard Rackham
