Description

White salt-glazed stoneware

Off-white stoneware, thrown, and salt-glazed with a bluish-tinge especially round the upper part and edges of the handle, where there were possibly narrow blue bands which dispersed during firing. Pear-shaped body with pinched lip at the front, standing on a footring; applied handle with longitudinal ridge, and a hand-like lower terminal
