Pale grey stoneware milk jug with a grey glaze. Oval body with a strap handle and pressed out lip. The body is divided into two zones by a brown band. The area below it is greyish blue, and the area above is decorated with a blue triangle and three brown leaves over it. The handle and rim are brown

History note: Purchased by the donor's late husband, Robert Hill, in 1935 or 1936. From the "Little Gallery" (Muriel Rose) Sloan Street, London.
