Description
Earthenware decorated with clear, blue, green yellowish-brown, and dark brown lead-glazes; a standing girl holding a bag in her right hand and a bird (?) in her left
Cream earthenware, press-moulded, and painted underglaze in blue, green, flesh pink, yellowish-brown, and dark brown. The figure stands on a high green washed mound covered with relief and impressed wavy lines to resemble grass, supported on a low square base, which is mainly unglazed underneath and has a central ventilation hole.. The woman faces to the front holding a bird to her chest in her left hand, and holding a bag at her side with her right hand. She wears a dark brown hat, a full -length, long-sleeved dress scattered with blue arrow motifs pointing downwards, a yellowish-brown kerchief round her neck and shoulders, and dark brown shoes.
