Pottery: Unidentified Manises pottery
Tin-glazed earthenware plate painted in coppery- brown lustre
Buff earthenware, tin-glazed dark cream, and painted in coppery-brown lustre. Circular with a small base, curved sides and slightly everted rim. There are three spur marks in the middle. In the centre there is a lustred disk surrounded by two concentric circles. The sides are decorated with circular fruits, nuts, or leaves singly or on coiling stems with a background of dots. Round the outer edge there are two narrow bands and a broad band, The reverse is decorated with four lustred C-swirls.
