Description

Buff earthenware with tin-glaze. The top is circular with a bowl-shaped depression in the centre for the salt, and an almost flat rim with three volutes rising from it to support a dish. The spreading circular foot rises up into a short stem attched to the bowl, and is hollow underneath.
