Production: Unidentified Harlow pottery (Probably)
Jug. Earthenware with slip-trailed decoration under lead glaze. Oviform body with a wide straight neck. Round the body, the inscription 'REMEMBER GOD', below a border of volutes.
History note: Alfred P. Billson Collection, Folkestone; Purchased by Mr Stoner on behalf of Dr J.W.L. Glaisher at the Billson Sale, Sotheby's, December 21st, 1908, part of lot 31.
