Heart-shaped, tortoise shell box with silver mounts and medallion of Charles II
Tortoise shell with silver mounts and portrait medallion. Heart-shaped with shallow straight sides and a flat lid. The sides of the lid and the projecting hinge are of silver. The top of the lid is set with an oval portrait medallion of Charles II facing right, engraved to his left is 'C' beneath '2', and on his right is and 'R' beneath a crown.
