Production: Unknown
Hard-paste porcelain bowl decorated in enamel colours. The steeply rounded sides are very slightly flared towards the rim, resting on a high straight foot. The exterior is delicately painted in white, sepia and iron-red, with four cranes shown in two alternating attitudes of flight amid a network of bright blue enamelled wispy clouds, edged in white. All on a rose-pink ground incised with feathery scrollwork.
The interior is glazed in white.
Seal mark of Qianlong in undeglaze blue.
