Grey vase with an ovoid body and trumpet shaped neck, turning vertically at lip. There are two small lugs at the junction of the neck and shoulder. There are five hexagonal spouts rising from the shoulder, which do not go into the vase. Five incised lines divide the body into panels with an incised, carved, and combed peony and leaves in each panel.
The vase is covered with a very pale grey-green glaze with rough patches. The base is glazed and splayed, with a glazed foot and unglazed rim. There is a rough circle on the base.
