Hard-paste porcelain saucer dish, with ruby back, decorated in multi coloured enamels. The shallow rounded sides rest on a low tapered foot and slightly flares towards the rim. The interior is painted predominantly in soft tones of pink, with a small boy offering a peach to a lady seated on a rectangular stool, flanked by another small boy, amongst large storage jars and a high bamboo table behind set with various ornaments and a vase of peonies. All enclosed within an eight pointed flower shaped medallion reserved on a pink 'Y'-diaper ground. There is a cell-diaper band round the rim reserved with three floral scrollwork vignettes. The underside is evenly applied with a mottled purple-pink enamel.
