Duck
Maker: Unknown
One of a pair of porcelain tureen dishes with covers. Modelled in two pieces in the form of a goose with the long neck intended as a handle and the base of oval shape. The goose is painted in enamel colours with multicoloured plummage. Although the base is to be used as a soup tureen, it is shallow and impractical.
