Earthenware, tin-glazed overall, except for the rim of the foot. The body gives a pinkish tone to the glaze where it lies thinly. The glaze has crawled, leaving two bare patches under the rim at one end.
Shape 8. The dish stands on a low foot. It has a central medallion surrounded by eight panels pierced by symmetrical scrollwork. The rim is everted and moulded to resemble a frill.
