Note

For part of the east window of the Church of The Holy Cross, Haltwhistle, Northumberland, of 1872. The upper sections of the three lancets of this window were designed by Burne-Jones, the lower ones by Madox Brown. Christ bearing the Cross occupies the lower part of the right lancet.
